Orders are sent outside Greece with the cooperating courier company within 3 working days from the day of submission. Shipments are made on business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are shown at checkout.
Return Policy
With a focus on quality and the high level of personalized service we wish to offer our customers, we carefully check the products we ship for any defects. All products shipped have been carefully packed and thoroughly inspected.
Nevertheless, if upon receipt, and specifically within two days from the date of receipt, you find (i) worn products, or (ii) missing pieces, or (iii) pieces different from your order, inform us at info@eneleo.com and we will serve you immediately.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order entered into the online ordering system of our online store please inform us at info@eneleo.com and if the order has not been shipped, it will be canceled with a refund. To cancel an order that has been shipped, and not received, please inform us at info@eneleo.com, we will arrange its return with the same shipping company, and you will only bear the shipping costs. Cancellation of an order that has been received is not possible.
